• Terms are net 15 days with approved credit application
• A 1.5% per month service charge will be added to all past due invoices
• International orders must be paid by bank wire transfer only
• Customers with past due balances will be put on credit hold until account is made current

• MSI is not responsible for printing or typographic errors.
• All shipments are F.O.B. Troutman, NC or the manufacturer’s facility
• MSI is not responsible for packages once in route
• Returns for undamaged stock items will be accepted only after approval is made by MSI
• There will be a 15% restocking fee on all authorized, undamaged product
